No. 1 on the list - the LBD - Check!

The hunt is over, I have found not one but two perfect (for me, anyway) LBD's.  Both will make the transition from day to night with a change of cardi/necklace/earrings/shoes.

LBD No. 1

Phase Eight - £62.30 (was £89)

This dress had a slight flare in the skirt making it extremely flattering and wearable. It comes with a belt covered in the same fabric as the dress. My pictures from home didn't do it justice, so here is a picture from the website:

Next Directory - £45

 

This is black with self spots all over.  It also comes with a thin black patent belt, but I'm already scouring around for both red and animal print belts to interchange with.  This is more fitted with a traditional pencil skirt, but is about 1.5 inches longer than the Phase Eight dress.

 

So the hunt for the perfect LBD is over and it's time to move onto the next item on my list.  The perfect red lipstick!  Stay tuned.....
